Mpendwa is strictly dedicated to individuals seeking committed, monogamous life partnership or marriage. Married individuals, persons in cohabiting relationships, or anyone seeking casual encounters are strictly prohibited from membership.
Every applicant affirms under penalty of permanent termination and legal action that they are legally single, officially divorced, or widowed. Falsifying marital status results in immediate expulsion and forfeiture of all fees.
2. The 48-Hour Intentional Decision Window
To eliminate ghosting and respect the vulnerability of members, all match proposals operate under a strict 48-hour response window.
- Members must either Accept or Respectfully Decline within 48 hours.
- Repeated failure to respond within the window results in cohort pauses to preserve community momentum.
3. Mutual Discretion & Non-Disclosure (Anti-Screenshot Policy)
All candidate cards, photographs, and introduction details shared within Mpendwa are strictly confidential. Members agree not to capture screenshots, record video calls, or disclose candidate details to external third parties.
4. Respectful Communication Standards
All interactions—whether inside the virtual video rooms or at concierge venues—must reflect emotional maturity, cultural dignity, and mutual respect. Harassment, unsolicited solicitation, vulgarity, or unpunctuality will lead to immediate membership review.
5. Concierge Admissions & Capacity Management
Admission into an active cohort is managed on a rolling basis. Mpendwa reserves the right to cap cohort size or place applicants on a waitlist to maintain an optimal gender and values balance.
